IC₅₀ Determination and Dose-Response Curve Analysis

Analyze raw fluorescence viability data from 50 compounds screened across 6–8 concentration levels. Perform non-linear regression curve fitting (sigmoidal 4-parameter logistic model) to determine IC₅₀ values, 95% confidence intervals, and Hill slopes for each compound using industry-standard software. Deliver summary table with all IC₅₀ values and individual dose-response curves for each compound.
